At the start of our worksession, we warmed up by building with the 
process. Our assigned Task was to build a model of our desired future – either personal or professional. My model represented emerging as a winner in professional and personal life while striking the right balance.
Life is all about change and being ready to embrace the change becomes quintessential. The near future I envisioned for myself is to strike a balance between my professional and personal life and emerge as a winner. My lego model talks about two aspects- professional and personal life. The black bricks forming the base represent my personal life where I seem to be going through multi-fold changes with no complete clarity of my family’s reaction to my decision (represented through black blocks). While I have taken the bold step of getting married against the families consent, my goal is to stride through the challenges (represented through red and orange blocks) and move to the phase of peace and happiness(represented through the green blocks on one side).
With the yellow bricks base on the other side of the lego, I have represented my professional life. While I enjoy my work, there is an immense opportunity for me to work through the roadblocks, juggle between multiple responsibilities, effective delegation, people management to meet the end objective of service delivery successfully. I envision the near future to work through the challenges and attain a stabilized and sustained future. The red small block on the green blocks represent the everyday challenges working in a dynamic HR Operations world. I want to emerge as a winner by tiding through the daily challenges and taking the right decisions and emerge as a winner (represented through king’s flag soaring high).
I have also merged both my professional and personal life legos and want to achieve the end outcome of being a good family member, a good manager and a great leader. In my endeavor to achieve success, I would like to start looking at things from a third eye perspective (represented in the lego through three eyes) to take the right judgment and take complete ownership be it in personal and professional life.
PS: I loved the exercise of the lego bricks and I have the same kept in my room which motivates me to take up the steps towards success and give me the strength.
