Just like your favorite cup of coffee, the HR Services India team delivers a great experience. Given the high bar for talent, we’ve certainly put the best ingredients into the mix for top quality and a great experience but they’ve blown by our Amazon standard for customer obsession. The customer feedback is just extraordinary!! “I have never felt such personal commitment to my concerns. They really listened and delivered to MY expectations!! Wow what service!!”. Another said, “This was my first potential unemployment hearing. I didn’t document the termination completely so I was really worried that we’d lose. But Yamini really jumped in and helped me beef it up and fill in the gaps. She made me look like a consummate professional business partner!! I know what to do next time and we saved Amazon $10K in unemployment costs”. And finally, my favorite, “I have cancer and as if that wasn’t scary enough I was worried about my medical leave. Would I do it right? Would I get approved? Would I get my benefits? I know Amazon uses Aon Hewitt but my HR Partner was telling me how much the ERC team in India does to make sure all the internal systems are updated so I get my pay. Whoo!! One less stress I have to worry about. I can just focus on getting better. Thanks India team. You’ve got my back!!”
