As the swirls of change grip Amazon, we start to expand leaving global footprints. HR Shared services India comes together. With stronger roots growing deeper and wider, we build on our Team work, integrating our business globally. We invest in our people by providing a place filled with fun and better place to work. Making us well equipped so that we can use our skills for the betterment of the process and organization. This was possible only through a great state-of-art technology roadmap from the HRIS team and leveraging it in building a great infrastructure for the HR Services to deliver a standardized, efficient and scalable processes. Throughout this journey the team was focused towards achieving the mission of making the HR shared services organization an enabler for Amazon’s growing business in existing geographies and expansion into newer territories. Immense amount of effort went in data collation for scoping, analysis, defining metrics, finalizing timelines which are realistic and achievable.
The implementation journey ahead is even more challenging as it requires commitment from all stakeholders as they will be required to go that extra mile and do beyond the daily needs of business. It means that a lot of efforts have to be invested beforehand which may not be apparent to all but will lay the platform to give the right start which prepares the team for sure shot success.
